Vehicle guidelines
Thank you for participating in this year's fall outreach to our community. If we ever needed to BE the light for our city it's now!
2020 THEME: "THE HEAVENS DECLARE HIS GLORY!" (think SPACE)
ARRIVAL TIMES: 11:00 - 11:40 AM
DIRECTIONS: Enter through the EAST drive before 11:40 am (this entrance will be blocked at 11:40 am).
PARKING: Proceed to your zone (there will be a volunteer directing), park with your trunk facing the center of the parking lot.
CANDY: Bring enough candy for approximately 300 children.
There will be a hospitality tent at the center of the parking lot for candy replenishment and general assistance.
Electricity cannot be guaranteed unless you've arranged in advance with Pastor Sharon.
For the safety of all, please do NOT attempt to move your vehicle before the event is closed at 3:00 pm.
REMEMBER TO SMILE, LAUGH AND LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE!
PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED FOR CREATIVITY, FUN-FACTOR (add a game), AND FOLLOWING THE THEME.
